This beautiful apartment (168 sq. m) is set on 2 levels has four rooms and sleeps up to 8 people. The apartment has a modern living room/dining/kitchen area, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
At the lower ground floor level there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 and 2 contain kingsize beds whilst bedroom 3 contains 2 twin beds all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and drawers. Bathroom 1 is complete with bath (with over shower) and separate shower cubicle whilst the second bathroom contains a shower cubicle. Access to the covered parking space is from the lower ground floor level
At the ground floor level (internal access to lower ground floor level), there is a very large living room/dining/kitchen area which contains seating for 8 people including a double sofabed, widescreen TV (complete with English channels), DVD player, a dining table (seating for 8). Off the lounge area is a separate room ideally with bidet and washbasin. The dining area flows into an open plan kitchen area that houses an oven, 4 hotplates, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and dishwasher. A particular feature of this apartment is the 5 large patio doors that lead from the lounge/dining area onto a large two sided terrace and private garden again to two sides complete with garden furniture, which makes this one of the largest and much sought after apartments within the Residence.

The apartments are fully furnished with brand new high qulaity fixtures and fittings, a particular feature of apartment 6 are the 5 large floor to ceiling patio doors to two sides of the apartment which affords the client fantastic lake views. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental cost but clients are requested to bring beach towels for pool use. In addition there is an iron and ironing board and hair dryer available and upon request - cot, high chair, fan and microwave(for additional costs). Food and Drink: Whether in a 5 star restaurant or the local Osteria you will find a wide selection of excellent food and wine. Try Misultini the local lake delicacy, or Pizzocheri from the Valtelina region (north of the lake) and where in September/October the vineyards are open for wine tasting, so why not book an autumn break!!

Shopping: The shopaholics amongst our clients are spoilt for choice as chic boutiques of Como Town, luxury outlets of Lugano or Fox Town's discount shopping mall all within 45 minutes drive. There variety of shops are sure to satisfy every taste.

Ski: The Residence is suitable for winter breaks whether your preference is gentle walk up snow covered hills or more energetic pursuits of snowboarding or skiing then Residence Tremezzo will provide an ideal base for all your winter activities with Ski resorts at Madessimo and St Moritz (60 and 90 minutes drive) and Bormio (120 minutes drive).
