The boat stop is just 2 minutes walk from the apartment accessing all parts of the lake. The apartment is perfectly positioned to reach Villa Balbianello (007, Casino Royale filmed here in Lenno).The only man made sandy beach in Lake Como is nearby as well as an array of bars and restaurants plus all amenities from supermarket to wifi cafe just a few minutes walk! Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with balcony and superb view, beautifully furnished with ample wardrobe space, modern art, cushions and rugs. 
The second room has 2 single beds and is also immaculately furnished also with ample wardrobe space.  
Bathrooms: Immaculately kept modern bathroom containing shower, wc, bidet. 
The apartment also benefits from a secondary wc and bidet.  
Kitchen: Fully fitted brand new comtemporary kitchen containing all mod cons and everything from champagne glasses and bottle chillers to ovenware and whisks!  
Living Rooms: Spacious living room with plush leather sofas, dining table for 4, flat screen TV, DVD and stereo system. Bring your favourite CDs or DVDs! The balcony is perfect for enjoying the romantic lake views whilst enjoying a glass of wine or an alfresco dinner.  
Other: Lenno enjoys a sunny position on the west side of the lake, in fact the only olive oil produced on this side of the lake heralds from Lenno "Vanini extra virgin oil" is produced and sold direct from the factory a few minutes walk from your home!  
Cleaning/towels/ 
linen/maid service: Hand towels, linen and bedding are all provided. 
The apartment is kept spotlessly clean throughout.  
All linen is freshly laundered for every guests stay.  
 
Notes on accommodation 
The apartment is siutated with windows shutters for each room. Air conditioning is not necessary. 
We welcome all well behaved children. Cot and high chair available on request ahead of vacation.

Distances 
2 minutes walk to the secluded shingle beach in front of the apartment, the famous lido di lenno beach is only 10 minutes walk from here you can catch the waterboat (5 minutes) to Villa Balbianello, probably the most romantic scenery in Lake Como as featured in the recent James Bond 007 film, Casino Royale. The water ferry stop is just 2 minutes walk from the apartment for access to all parts of the lake. Please ask for preferred day trips in order to get the most from your stay. 
 
Further details 
The village is just a short walk to the local bars and restuarants. We will be happy to recommend our favourite diners, just ask! 
The nearest supermarket can also be found here in the village. 
The local bank is also just a short walk from your home. Boat hire can be arranged on request. Supermarket with bakery, pizzeria, mini market all 3 minutes walk or less from your home so car hire really isn't necessary! Lift to the apartment means the accommodation is suitable for elderly and infirm guests. 
The home is just over 1 hour from Malpensa & Linate Airports in Milan. Fly with BA, Easyjet, Fly BMI or Ryanair. Car hire is not essential as there is a waterstop for the boat and coach stop close to the apartment.

Lakeside restaurants and smart bars serving regional italian delicacies,Lenno is lakeside living par excellence. One of the only golden sandy beaches prevails here where you can sit beneath minature tented gazebos while waitors serve your favourite cocktail! 
Lenno is also home to the famous Villa Balbianello, the romantic fairtytale villa with glorious gardens and breathtaking views. The villa was most recently seen in the latest 007 James Bond adventure Casino Royale 
and can be accessed by water tax 
From the nearby Campo ferry stop (just 2 minutes walk from the apartment)you can access all parts of the lake.
