Vacation Rental Description
Our house is quietly lacated in the centre of the town. It has a splendid panoramic view of Impero Valley and the sea. You can enjoy the view from our covered, open 30 qm patio. The town is free of traffic which is why the car must be left at the church square, about 200m from the house. The vacation appartment is approximately 100 qm in size and consists on a living room with fireplace, a dining room with a table for 8 Persons, 2 bedrooms, each with 3 beds, a roomy kitchen, and aa large bathromm with a tube, bidet and separate WC. The kitchen and the dining room have a direct access to the patio.The house has been tastefully furnished in Ligurian style and includes some antiques.
Facilities
Torria is located on a mounzain ridge which slopes off to three sides, all the way to Impero Valley. It is completely surrounded by olive groves. In the town is one Restaurant and a bar. The beautiful beaches in Imperia and Porto Mauricus you can reach by car in 20 minutes. In Pontedassio, 10 Minutes by car, you can find a big supermarcet where you can buy everything. Torria is considered as one of the region´s most beautiful vollages. Torria is suitable for active vacations (cycling, moutain biking,riding),for guests seeking peace and quite anf for familyies. Trips to the sea and beaches or into the beautiful , quiet hinterlands offer a delightful contrast. Famos vacation spot along the Riviera and Cote Azur, such as San Remo, Alassi, Monte Carlo and Nice, can all be explored in a day trip.
Activities
The house is completely furnished. One only needs to bring bedding and towels. The house can be also used in the cooler season, the bedrooms have elctric-radiators, the living and dining room have a pellet stove and a normal stove.The house is cared by a German who lives in Torria and who will be happy to assist you with information and answes to your questions.

The price is valid for 2 person. Each additional person: EURO 25.-per week. Final cleanung: EURO 40.- Gas is billed according to use. Electricity is free up to 20 kWh per week. There is a EURO 200.00 down-payment due which also serves as a depost. The full price is due 14 days before arrival.
