The accommodation comprises the first floor of a 25 year old villa, facing the sea and set in 3/4 acre garden in an oak grove. THe front door is accessed by its own external stone staircase, into the hall leading onto the lounge, kitchen, full bathroom with corner bath and shower, main double bedroom, second twin-bedded room. Secure access with electrically actuated chain into the drive and garden, allocated parking.

The kitchen is equipped with freezer and dishwasher, full oven and glass hob, coffee maker etc., Tea, coffee, milk, croissants, condiments, sugar etc. are provided.

The large terrace has loungers, barbecue, dining for six, terrace lighting and power.
