This characteristic stone built House is located directly next to the main square of Civezza in a quiet and pleasant street. It was originally owned by a Norwegian painter, and this has added to the atmosphere of an already beautiful place. The House is spread over four floors. The first floor comprises of a fully equipped kitchen (including a washing machine), with grey stone walls, second floor includes a living room with television a sofa bed and bathroom, third floor comprises two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with a King sized bed. The fourth floor comprises of an open terrace with a beautiful view of the olive fields and landscape.

Civezza is only 4 km from the coast and sea. Inland from the sea there are plenty of historical villages and sites to visit . Our properties are in the centre of wonderful walking territory and in all our vacation apartments you will find leaflets with details of all the treks/walks, beaches and sites to visit during your stay. These walks will enable you to admire the beautiful coastline and some of the historical villages in the surrounding area. The sport activities include swimming, sailing, skiing, golf, walking, mountain bikes, horse riding, tennis and water sports in general. Bike rental, fishing, golf, horse-back riding, jogging, miniature golf, mountain hiking, mountaineering, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, water sports, windsurfing Civezza is only 4 km from the coast and sea. Weekly rental is from Saturday to Saturday – check in between 4-8 pm, check out by 11 am (although this could be adjusted subject to prior agreement). The price includes: mains water, electricity, gas and a complete set of bed linen which is replaced weekly. Towels are available on request. The price does not include: final cleaning (35 Euros), gas for central heating (when needed) at Euro 1.50 per m³. Final cleaning: 40 EUR

CASA I NI BEI

The house is set out on four floors and was built in the typical Ligurian style. Having been previously owned by a Norwegian painter the house retains a great deal of character. It is well situated for the village shops, bar and restaurants yet is in a quiet location. There is a village bus with regular daily trips to the larger towns. Civezza is only 4km from the sea and is surrounded by beautifull countryside where you can follow many of the mountain walks and discover a little Italian history en route. There are leaflets supplied at the house for these and other activities. For those who like plenty of action there is the famous Casino at San Remo only 30 minutes away or the sophistication of Monaco 45 minutes or Nice 1 hour. The village itself has plenty to offer and is steeped in history. Its people are very friendly and are happy to share their stories. The beaches along the coastline vary from being perfectly sandy to really quite rugged details of some are found at the house
