THE PLEASURE OF HOSPITALITY. Our apartments are two: Liberty Suite and the Penthouse WaterFront "Gianesabri". It is we, Giancarlo and Sabrina, who directly take care of our property and welcome guests personally and led to their discovery with the passion and pleasure for the Welcome and Hospitality that, since the beginning, have always characterized our service.
The Apartment "Liberty Suite" is an apartment about 70 sqm, furnished with antique furniture and facing the New Marina of Imperia Porto Maurizio (portodimperia.it). It is located in Imperia in Liguria, in the capital of the Riviera dei Fiori and is located exactly between Alassio and Sanremo. It is ideal flor couples and small families (2 adults + 1 child, 2 adults + 2 children, 3 adults + 1 child). The great care in designing and even the smallest details make this a truly unique and romantic nest.
The Prestigious SeaFront Penthouse "Gianesabri, adjacent to the Suite, is an apartment over 100 square meters and is decorated with handmade furniture and has a terrace of about 40 square foot. Ideal for families and groups up to 6 people. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower the other with small Jacuzzi) + sofa bed.

Imperia is the capital of the Riviera dei Fiori , is strategically located between the Riviera, the Southern Piedmont and the province of Genoa, is characterized by an enviable microclimate, on the coasts neat and clean sea and the exceptional closeness to the ski slopes. Liberty Suite & Penthouse Gianesabri are located in the historic village of Marina di Porto Maurizio within walking distance of beaches and of the important International Meeting " Le Vele d'Epoca.
At less than 400 meters there are six tennis court, an indoor sport palace, a 35 meters public swimming pool.
Just two minutes walking you can find shops, markets, bar, restaurants, ecc....
