The house is situated on the slopes of the Cimini mountains, with truly breathtaking views in all directions of rolling countryside and then mountains, 5 minutes from the beautiful medieval town of Soriano. It sits surrounded by its own vineyard, olive groves and nut orchard in a quiet rural location, with masses of space for kids to roam safely to their hearts content. The house itself has 4 double bedrooms and a single room with bunk beds, 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has doors opening up on to a balcony that covers 2 sides of the house and has fantastic views. There is a games room upstairs with a full sized ping pong table. It has an open plan living room with a kitchen-diner. The house has a massive terrace with a shaded area to sit and eat and enjoy the beautiful view. It has its own large swimming pool in the garden below the terrace, again with beautiful views.

We are situated on the boarder between Lazio and Umbria near the historic city of Viterbo and within easy reach of Rome (one hour's drive away). Orivieto, Todi and the Tuscany coast beaches are all short drives away. Soriano is the nearest town - it is an extremely pretty medieval walled town, with castle and amazing panoramic views of the Tiber valley and Appenine mountains beyond. Viterbo has great shopping as of course does Rome! It is also a wonderful walled medieval (and rather undiscovered) city, with papal palace and many places of historic interest. It also sports famous volcanic springs and spas, some of which can be visited at night, where you can luxuriate in the hot baths and gaze at shooting stars! The Cimini mountains and beautiful Lago di Vico are close by as are Montefiascone and the Lago di Bolsena with its lovely sandy beaches. Golf at the world renowned course of Le Querce at Sutri is a 20 Minute drive away.

We have large grounds with vineyard; olive, peach, pear and hazlenut trees for children (and adults!) to play in and explore.
