"VILLA BIANCA" in Anzio-Lavinio 45 km south of Rome is a huge single vacation villa and located in a very quiet residential area of private holiday homes only 5 min. walk to the beach (approx. 400 ms) and 10 min. walk to the centre of Lavinio with its shops and open air bars, pubs and restaurants, (approx. 5 Km from the harbour of Anzio and 5 km to the train station to Rome). The villa offers space for groups of friends or families of 6 to 10 people that love sea side life , the freedom and the privacy of a private property at the Mediterranean Sea.
The friendly atmosphere of the house invites the guests to feel well and free and enjoy the sunny holidays in this very attractive region near Rome. The climate enables pleasant stays from April to October. Trips to Rome are very easy to organise either by train (50 min drive) or with the own car. The 2 cities of Anzio and Nettuno with their typical open air restaurants give the opportunity to spend pleasant evenings and nights with delicious food and light wines from the region.

The house has a large Italian style living room (40 sq) with fireplace and access to the very spacious shaded patio with view to the garden where you can relax and enjoy your open air meals. At the ground floor there is also the kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine etc.),2 bed rooms with 5 sleeps and the bathroom. At the first fool there are 2 more bedrooms with 2 single sleeps each and an apartment with 3 sleeps and a small kitchenette as well as 2 bathrooms with shower. Inside the property there is enough parking space for 2-3 cars.

Rates

Low Season Price : €1300
High Season Price : €1700 per Week

Additional costs for energy, water, gas, bed linen: Euro 25,- per persons and week. Final cleaning Euro 200,-. Terms and conditions: RENTAL PERIOD: weekly from Saturday to Saturday, minimum stay one week, in July and August 2 weeks. At the booking there is a down payment of 50% to be done by bank transfer. The rest of 50% are to be paid at house delivery up on arrival in Anzio together with the cautional deposit of Euro 400,-.
