It is immersed in the verdant and luxuriant hills of Sperlonga (less than 1 km fromSperlonga,three minutes by car.
It is a wood cottage surrounded by olive and fruit trees and spontaneous rosemary and thymus shrubs. These herbs mixture colour and make the air fragrant.
The cottage is surrounded by a big seaview terrace. From that when the sky is crystal clear you can see the Pontine islands and Ischia. It works as a dining area for the breakfast or in the cool evenings when the sun is setting.
The wild atmosphere makes the air is so pure that here you can still see the glowworms and listen the cicadas singing having the feeling you can touch the stars with fingers.

Concerning Sperlonga and its sea, you must know that the EU has granted a Blue Flag in 2006 (nine years consecutive) meaning that the sea is very clean.
The National Association of Italian Townships classified among the 30 most beautiful centres in Italy.
There's enough to cater for all tastes: sandy beaches, nearby mountains (big groups of free climbers can be spotted there) or the Spa resort of Sujo, only 20 kms away can satisfy any holidaymakers wish.
After parking the car in town one can choose the 'Levante' beach, that goes way beyond the eye can see until Terracina, around 14 kms, or the magical beach of 'Ponente' that ends with the Tiberius grotto, an important roman emperor who in this area constructed his luxurious summer house of which some remains and relics can be seen on display at the archaeological museum.

BY ‘PLANE:
- ROMA FIUMICINO Airport. It is connected by a regular train to Roma Termini Station.
- ROMA CIAMPINO Airport. It is connected by bus- shuttle to Roma Termini Station.
- NAPOLI CAPODICHINO Airport. It is connected by bus to Napoli Centrale Station.
then you can book a private taxi to Sperlonga.
BY TRAIN: To get to Sperlonga,
take a train from Stazione Termini or Napoli Centrale to Fondi-Sperlonga station. This is on the main Roma-Napoli line:
take a slower train(one train every hour). such as a Diretto to save money. From Fondi station, buses run into Fondi
itself and also to Sperlonga (check which one you’re getting on). The fare is about €1; you pay the driver. The
buses usually arrive shortly after the train, and return approximately every hour from opposite the drop-off point. On
Sundays the bus service is drastically reduced; best to avoid.
BY CAR:
Direction from Fiumicino airpoirt:
From Rome’s airport of Fiumicino:Take the three lane motorway G.R.A. and get off at the the number 26 exit, direction
Pontina.You’ll be on the SS 148 Pontina , take this in direction Latina and then on for Terracina-Naples. By-pass
Terracina and continue in direction Naples, going the tunnel, then turn right for Sperlonga. Then you’ll be on the road SS
213 Flacca for Sperlonga, ( about 12 km ) . Telephone when nearby.
