Situated on a hill, is about 90 km far from Rome, between Rieti and Terni, on the slopes of the Monti Sabini and eastern front of the splendid panorama of the Valle Santa (Holy Valley) and the Apennines. A few kilometers from the Shrine Franciscan of Greccio, reachable by foot from where you can continue on the Cammino di Francesco (Saint Francis Walk). 
The estate, located in one of the main entrance of the valley, is one of the historic villas in the area.  
The property was purchased around 13th century by the Nobili family of Labro, ancestors of the present owners and which is still the emblem on the facade of the "palace". The current building has been built on different times. 
The farm has 290 hectares and breeding cattle.
