Villa Nocetta is sited in an exclusive, quiet, residential area, in front of the wonderful park Villa Doria Pamphili, nearby the city-centre and 3 Km. away from the Vatican.
It is composed of a modern-style building located in an enclosed wide garden with private swimming pool and long-stemmed plants (typical cluster pines), lawn zones, blooming flower-beds and charming sheltered nooks for reading.
From the big hall, there is a direct access to the external part of the Villa, a covered area furnished with comfortable chairs and a marvellous sight on the swimming-pool, also provided with elegant furniture where unforgettable moments of relax and entertainment can be spent in contact with nature; from the kitchen, it is possible to approach the external terrace, acting as dining-room, equipped with barbecue and sight on the wonderful garden. On the turret there is a little solarium looking over the park.
The big spaces, both internal and external, and the high-quality of the furniture offer to guests an ideal accommodation for holidays or business trips; the structure of the Villa is suitable for the organization of events and weddings, in an exclusive and polished background for a limited number of guests.
Completely restored also in the internal part, the Villa is equipped downstairs with a wide hall divided into separated living-rooms, with view on the garden, a comfortable dining-room, a modern-style kitchen provided with all the essential domestic appliances, such as: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric and microwave ovens, a private bathroom, a little office-room and a double-room provided with private bathroom including a shower.
On the first floor, there are other four comfortable bedrooms, each with private bathroom in order to grant the maximum privacy. The precious and elegant furniture creates an intimate and tasteful atmosphere, ideal even for the most demanding guests.
The tavern with fireplace, a living room and a billiard-room, assure moments of joy and relax to spend with family and friends during the stay.
A laundry and ironing – room is available for all the guests. Alternatively, the staff will be pleased to satisfy the customers’ requests for the care of their wardrobe.
Moreover, a studio apartment with independent access including a little kitchen and a bathroom is available downstairs for the eventual domestic personnel.
The Villa is equipped with independent heating and air conditioning systems, TV with satellite channels, internal telephone line; the office-room is provided with PC, Printer, Fax-machine and photocopying machine.
Public transport: bus-stop line 8, 1000 meters away from the Villa connecting to Trastevere and Piazza Argentina.
