Vacation Rental Description
Our Rome Apartment is in the centre of Rome, very near to St Peters. It is on the top floor of a period building (with a lift). There is the added security of a full time caretaker. It offers Air Conditioning, Cleaning Service, Cooking Utensils, DVD Player, Elevator, Heating, Kitchen, Linen Service, Microwave, Refrigerator, TV, Washing Machine.  
The apartment has a Plasma screen a dvd and a computer with a Hi-Fi internet connection all included in the price. 
It is our place when in Rome, away from the English weather.  
 
Amenities: 
There are many trattorie and pizzerie nearby as well as a wide selection of excellent takeaways, shops, markets and supermarkets. Via Cola di Rienzo, one of the main shopping streets in Rome selling the best in Italian fashion, food, furniture etc, is only 5 minutes walk away. Rome itself is a relatively small city and the centre is within easy walking distance.  
 
Accommodation: 
The accommodation consists of:  
 
1 Double room with double bed and fitted cupboards. 
Modern kitchen with fridge, gas cooker/oven and washing machine. 
1 Bathroom with bath. 
Dining room/lounge with 1 double sofa bed and one single bed. 
The Apartment is fully furnished with all reasonable utensils. Towels and linen are provided.  
 
Rate: 
€800 (Euros) per week Saturday to Saturday or shorter period negotiable 
 
Method of Payment: 
Upon booking we ask a credit card number which is used only as guarantee and would be used by us to charge the 1st night in case of a cancellation that was not made in time (you can cancel up until 7 days before your arrival date). 
The payment would be made in cash upon arrival. 
We do NOT charge any extra on the price- 
No cleaning fees no key deposits no tax addition or any other extras.
