This property is located in the Heart of Rome Historical centre.
The lower level consists of dining room with a sofa bed (single) and kitchen corner, 1st bedroom and 1st bathroom.

The upper level consists of the 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom and access to the large private Panoramic terrace with a WONDERFUL view of Rome.



Sleeping arrangements: 2 bedrooms (1st with king bed 160x190 -2nd with double bed: 145x190) + 2 bathrooms + dining room with kitchen corner and 1 sofa bed (single: 200x82).



1° level: dining room (with single sofa-bed) + kitchen corner + 1st bedroom + 1st bathroom (with shower box).
2° level: 2nd bedroom + 2nd bathroom with bath tube + large terrace with wonderful view !

Rate is quoted for 4 PEOPLE:

Extra 5th person (sleeping on single sofa-bed in dining room) will stay with only Euro 20,00 daily or Euro 100,00 weekly more.

* Weekly Euro 1.200,00 (low season) / Euro 1.400,00 (high season) / Euro 1.500,00 (very high season)

Note: if only 2 people in party the weekly rate will be 50,00 Euro lower weekly than the one quoted for 4 people.



* Daily from Euro 190,00 (low season) / Euro 220,00 (high season) / Euro 240,00 (very high season - minimum 5 nights)



Note: if only 2 people in party the rate will be 20,00 Euro lower daiy than the one quoted for 4 people.





Low season: 1 Nov. to 23 Dec / 7 Jan to 28 Feb
High season: 1 March to 31 Oct.
Very High season: since 23 Dec till 7 Jan and the Easter time week.


RESERVATION TERMS


The reservation can be done by paying in advance (30% of the total amount) with a money transfer (bank wire or Western Union money transfer, PayPal (with PayPal you can also use your credit card to wire the money). If you want to reserve, we will send you the Reservation Form with all details for the 30% down payment.



A security deposit of 300,00 Euro in local/foreign currency is strictly required on arrival day. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.



The rate includes linens, towels and final cleaning.

The rate includes the utilities consumption (up to 3 euro daily each apartment -"Normal usage"). Only over this amount, the usage will be paid by checking the electricity/gas meter. NOTE: this terms works not to get more money from guests, but only to save the energy, reduce the costs (energy bills and rentals too) for everybody. Of course, we are flexible on this term. So, we will charge NOTHING if the consume will be a little higher than 3 Euro daily. As we wrote, this term works not to get more money from guests, but only to save the energy and promote a PROPER usage of the energy!.


We can also provide the following services:


• Transfer from or to the apartments with private driver (Euro 55,00 for 2 or 3 people / Euro 65,00 for 4 or 5 people / Euro 90,00-120,00 for 6 to 8 people)

• Crib for child (if available) will be totally for FREE.

CHECK-IN: you can check into your property between 13:00 (1 pm) and 20:00 (8 pm). We can try to accommodate earlier check in when possible; however we cannot guarantee check in earlier the standard time 13:00 (1 pm). If the apartment will be not busy on day in, we will allow access to apartment before 13:00 (1 p.m.) without any charge. Out of business hours arrivals:if will be possible to allow out of business hours arrivals, please be aware that, for this additional service, there is an extra charge of Euro 20,00. So, this amount will be charged if your arrival will be, any day, between 20:00 (8.00 pm) and 24:00 (00.00 am). Any check in after midnight will carry a late check in fee of Euro 50,00. CHECK-OUT: NO LATER than 10.30 am on departure day, unless otherwise agreed prior to arrival. We can try to accommodate later check out when possible, however please be prepared to check out at 10.30 am.

The Trastevere area consists of a maze of narrow streets that is still, despite the evident gentrification, one of the city's most authentically Roman neighbourhoods. Literally translated, Trastevere means "across the Tiber", which, of course describes its proximity to the historical centre, just southwest on the other side of the river, and just a ten minute walk away. This area includes two neighbourhoods: Trastevere and Monteverde. The first one is a modern and residential area in which you can find green open spaces (such as the huge and beautiful Villa Doria Pamphili, one of the biggest park in Rome), trading areas and many different shops. Trastevere is one of the oldest and typical neighbourhood of the city. The narrow paved streets and allays are plenty of cinemas, cafés and restaurants with tables scattered in the pavement, mostly at Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere and in Viale Trastevere.
