Our guesthouse is situated on the 2nd floor of a 19 century building which has been lived by noble families and high society. At the entrance of the building you can admire a magnificent fountain which will take you back to the times of ancient Rome. There is also a lift. The building is found in the heart of the centre, 50 mt. from the Quirinale Palace, home of the President, and the same distance to the Forum and the Traian Market. The Colosseum is only 5 minutes away as is the Trevi Fountain. Public transportation service passes in front of the building where there are direct buses to the Vatican (10 mins) and Termini Station.
Antica Fontana di Traiano is divided in N.1, a Single Room with bathroom and shower. Refrigerator,Hairdryer. N.2,a mini apartment has one large bedroom with a queen size bed+two singles+kitchen and bathroom with shower. Hairdryer. N. 3 a mini apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed+ a second night area with two single bed+kitchen and bathroom with shower,Hardryer. * On request is available a child bed for a 0 to 3 years. The charge will be € 15,00 for all your time stay.

WE PROVIDE SHEETS, TOWELS, WAFERS FOR COFFEE, HAIRDRYER AND IRON. Public transportation stops just in front of the building where there are direct buses to the Vatican (10 minutes) and Termini Station. Check-in 10:00am./10:00pm. Check-Out 10:00am. We do not have the 24h reception so we will be in contact with you by mobile and e-mail. We will be there to give you the keys. Payment is in Cash and Credit Card. The last check-in is at 10:00pm. at that time, you have to be in the house or you will be charged of 25 Euros. Due to the cancellation policy, in case of no-show or cancellation after 14 days from your reservation, you will be charged for the amount of the first night automatically on client credit card.
