From Termini Station takes to the RomeBed takes 7 minutes walking.
2 Consecutive nights is the minimum stay policy.

RomeBed is located in the historical centre of Rome (downtown) within a short walking distance of the main sights RomeBed is just five minute walking to the Colosseum, the Imperial Forum and the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore.
One minute to San Giovanni Basilic the second one for importance after Saint Peter (easly directly connected with the close metro A). We are located in the historical and commercial district of Esquilino Hill where both Termini's main station and Air Terminal are located. Subway, Underground (TUBE): metro line A - Manzoni metro station stop.
We are just a few steps from Rome's central Station, and from the main underground and bus station.
The area is safe, well lit at night & the close walking distance to most of the major monuments in Rome. We help you to save money so you can better spend on enjoying your nights here, instead of paying for transportation.

Reservation/Cancellation Policy:
Payment is due upon arrival. If a reservation is cancelled by email or fax with less than 72 hours notice (unless advice otherwise) prior to the arrival date, the amount charged will be equivalent to the total amount of the first night's reservation for booking of 1/2 days, for booking longer more than 3 days we charge one night every 3 day booked in case of no show.
Cancellations or alterations are accepted only via email or fax. Phone cancellations/alterations are not accepted.
We are unable to send fax or letters for visa document applications to embassies and/or consulates.
