Obelus B&B consists of 1 double and 2 Triple, out of which one
can be also allocated as a quadruple room.

All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning and heating with individual control. Please note that Obelus B&B is a non-smoking environment.

The twin room overlooks the internal yard of the building while the other 2 triple rooms have their windows overlooking out on Via Tasso; a relatively quiet road, without the tedious noises of traffic and night life.
The beds in the rooms can be either as single beds or as a double bed. The high ceilings and the colours chosen for the interior decoration, portray bright and spacious rooms.

The Bed & Breakfast is in the heart of the historical city centre, situated in a quiet road aside the ‘Scala Santa' and next to the ‘Basilica of San Giovanni'. Nearby there's a nice shopping area and it is only 15 minutes on foot away from the Colisseum. Obelus is well connected by local public transport (i.e. metro, buses, tram). Behind the ‘Scala Santa' one finds a bus terminus, tram stop and a taxi stand; these connects the area of San Giovanni with all major tourist zones of Rome.

Each room is cleaned daily and sheets are changed on a weekly basis. To make your stay more comfortable you also have the air conditioning or heating, a TV, a hairdryer, a safe for your personal belongings and documents. In your private bathroom, fresh towels will be provided every 3 days. A delicious continental breakfast is served in a communal area from 7.30 to 10 am. You can eat cornflakes, croissants or cake, bread, toasts, biscuits, marmalade, honey, butter. Cappuccino, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, fruit juice and water. Guests have their own keys to come and go as they please.

We organize transfer from either Ciampino or Fiumicino airport. Fixed price 40 Euro (max 3 pers.) 50 Euro (max 5 pers.) (10 Euro more during night/early hours From 21:00hrs – 7a.m.) For personal tours of the city it's possible to organize a contact with an expert guide.

To confirm a reservation it is necessary: a) Deposit on Obelus b&b bank account the price in Euro of the room for 1 night. OR b) Return by fax the document we will send to you with our offer at +39 06 77208580. It is important to fill in the document with all requested details. Do not forget to sign. The credit card information is provided only as a guarantee of reservation. No amount of money will be debited prior check in. To cancel a reservation it is applied the following payment policy: • Cancellation within 31 days of reservation will incur 0% cancellation fee. • Cancellation within 21 days of reservation will incur 30% cancellation fee. • Cancellation within 7 days of reservation will incur 70% cancellation fee. • No show will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
