The Campo de' Fiori is a lively piazza which is home to a daily (except Sunday) flower and vegetable market.

The magnificent Renaissance Farnese Palace is just off the piazza. This is a square with many facets. In the morning it is a colourful food market. In the afternoon it is an intellectual meeting point where people can go and read a book and relax with a glass of wine. At night it has a youthful atmosphere with it's bars and pizzerias. Also Piazza di Spagna and the Pantheon area in walking distance.

Very elegant apartment located in Piazza Teatro Pompeo, in the heart of Rome historical centre, just a few steps far away Campo dei Fiori square , a very important and characteristic location for both nightlife and morning outdoor food market (strategically located to reach, by walk, Piazza Navona, the Vatican and Trastevere area). Ideal for two people it can comfortably accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The building extremely close to Campo De’ Fiori (less than 1 minute walk), goes back to Medieval times, with its foundations on the walls of Pompey’s Theatre (I century B.C). The apartment has been totally renovated on 2006. Tasteful furnishings and fixtures complete the apartment's interior: refined pictures, wood ceilings and “parquet” flooring, fireplace, independent heating, air conditioning, TV, Radio, Hi-Fi Cd player with a collection of Italian movies.

Rates

Low Season Price : €750
High Season Price : €900 per Week

We are quite the owners, so we really rent without any commission. The reservation can be done by paying in advance (30%of total amount) with a money transfer (bank or postal or by Western Union); the settlement and the security deposit (normally €300,00 for weekly rent) must be paid at the beginning of the journey. This amount (security deposit) will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
The breakfast is not served. We cannot accept cheques and credit card.

We have the license of the municipality of Rome and the Rome Tourism Office (A.P.T.) authorization to rent with 'Holiday House' mode.

We can also provide the following services:

Cancellation Policy:

In case of any cancellation the charge will be as follows: 30% of the total amount.
