The ROMAN FORUM PALACE is a beautiful 18th century "palazzetto" situated in the heart of Rome, just a stone’s throw away from the Colosseum and the other main historical sites. The ancient palace was recently completely restored and fully renewed.  
The neighbourhood is charming, still filled with local shops, enoteche (wine bars) and restaurants, perfect if you want to feel like you live there! The Palazzo comprises of #4 studios, all decorated and furnished with impeccable taste and charm and all equipped with the greatest of comforts. Wood ceilings and "cotto/parquet" flooring complete the interior design. 
The Roman Forum Palace is a private building parted into #4 independent apartment-studios. 
You can rent just #1 unit and up to all the #4 units (sleeps 2 and up to 12 people). If all the #4 units, it means that you will enjoy the entire building only for you. 
Each studio-apartment is provided with ensuite bathroom and well equipped kitchen corner. 
 
COMFORTS: Heating /Air conditioned independent system, FREE internet (wifi and cable), Plasma TV, Satellite, hair dryer, orthopedic mattress, well equipped kitchen corner, kitchen utensils, linens and towels. Laundry facilities (self service coin machine) are located a few steps far away the property. 
 
LOCATION: the property is located INSIDE the Historical centre, just a few steps far away the Colosseum (2 minutes walking). 
A METRO/SUBWAY stop is also located just 100 meters fat away the property. This is a easy and fast connection for the FCO airport as for the main train station ("Termini"). 
A private garage is located just 50 meters far away the property (but we cannot make any reservation or quote their rates). 
 
ADDITIONAL PEOPLE: our rates are quoted for 2 people for each apartment-studio. Any extra people (3rd or 4th), sleeping in the same apartment-studio (triple/quadruple room) will stay with a special forfeit of Euro 20,00 daily or Euro 100,00 weekly (per person).

The apartment-studios "Bramante (B), Caravaggio (C) and Donatello (D)" are open space, very elegantly furnished, with wooden ceiling and terra-cotta floor. Completely renovated and fully furnished. Divided in living area, kitchen corner, bedroom area, and bathroom.  
The 4th apartment 'Attico with Terrace' (A) is a penthouse with private terrace and panoramic view on Madonna dei Monti church. It is an open space, luxury furnished, divided in living area with fireplace, kitchen corner, bedroom area, bathroom with box-hydromassage shower, air conditioning, wooden ceiling and parquet floor. The unit Attic with Terrace is higtly priced than the units B, C, and D. 
 
Activities (on site or nearby): Area: The Monti District was originally one of the most ancient suburbs of Rome. it is in the heart of the Historical Center just a stone's throw away from the the Colosseum and the Imperial Roman Forum (Foro Romano) and about 10 to 15 minutes by walk to the Pantheon, Piazza Navona and Piazza di Spagna, shopping, restaurants, live theater, cinemas, museums, and sight-seeing. 
 
The rate includes linens, towels and final cleaning.

    You have 3 ways to reach this property from the airport (FCO): 
     
     
     
    1. Train: about 1 hour to go (average cost: Euro 10,00 - 14,00 per person) - From airport: take the shuttle train to "Termini station" (main station), then take the metro (line B ) and exit at the 1st stop ("Cavour") -the property is jus 100 mt. far away the metro stop-  
     
    2. Taxi: about 1/2 hour to go: Euro 40,00 for 2-3 people -all included- (fixed "flat" rate by the law !)  
     
    3. Transfer from or to the apartment with private driver: about 1/2 hour to go: Euro 55,00 for 2-3 people -all included, one way- This extra service is available upon request; if booked (we need your flight details!), driver will wait for you on airport custom exit showing a sign with your name.

    RENTAL TERMS The rate includes linens, towels and final cleaning. The rate includes the utilities consumption (up to 3 euro daily each apartment). Only over this amount, the usage will be paid by checking the electricity meter. NOTE: this terms works not to get more money from guests, but only to save the energy, reduce the costs for everybody (energy bills and rentals too). Of course, we are very flexible on this term. In fact, we will charge NOTHING if the power consumption will be reasonably higher than the standard one. As we wrote, this term works only to save the energy and encourage a PROPER usage of the energy. A Security Deposit of Euro 300 in local or foreign currency is strictly required on arrival day. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order. The security deposit (only) can be also pre-paid with PayPal* (only) at anytime, before check in.
