ROMAN FORUM PALACE***** is located in the Heart of Roman Forum area, inside of Rione Monti. The ancient palace was completely renovated and divided into 4, separated, studio apartments. The Roman Forum apartments studios are located just 200 meters far away from Imperial Forum area. The area is very exclusive. There is also a metro-stop (100 meters) and buses to every part of Rome. If you need is possible to rent all the palace only for you (four apartments units sleeps up to 12)!. The apartments, very elegantly furnished, are recently COMPLETELY restored (2007). We are quite the owners, so we really rent without any commission !! ARRIVEDERCI !

Apartments Bramante (B), Caravaggio (C) and Donatello (D) - these apartments/studios are open space, very elegantly furnished, with wooden ceiling and terra-cotta floor. Completely renovated and fully furnished. Divided in living area, kitchen corner, bedroom area, and bathroom.
The 4th apartment 'Attico' (A) is a penthouse with private terrace and panoramic view on Madonna dei Monti church. It is an open space, luxury furnished, divided in living area with fireplace, kitchen corner, bedroom area, bathroom with box-hydromassage shower, air conditioning, wooden ceiling and parquet floor . It is 100/150 Euro weekly more expensive than standard rates/apartments (B, C, D).

Amenities: Air Conditioning, TV, Stereo, CD Player, well equipped kitchen corner, refrigerator, cooking utensils provided, linens and towels are provided. Activities (on site or nearby): Area: The Monti District was originally one of the most ancient suburbs of Rome. it is in the heart of the Historical Center just a stone's throw away from the the Colosseum and the Imperial Roman Forum (Foro Romano) and about 10 to 15 minutes by walk to the Pantheon, Piazza Navona and Piazza di Spagna, shopping, restaurants, live theater, cinemas, museums, and sight-seeing.

CHECK-IN: AN APPOINMENT MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. You can check into your property between 13:00 (1 pm) and 20:00 (8 pm). This allows for the cleaning staff to make the apartment ready for you after check out by previous guests. We can try to accommodate earlier check in when possible, however we cannot guarantee check in earlier the standard time 13:00 (1 pm). For early morning arrivals, clients should book the night before to guarantee access to their apartment before 13:00 (1 pm). Out of business hours arrivals: we try to guarantee check in at any time. If will be possible to allow out of business hours arrivals, please be aware that, for this additional service, there is an extra charge of Euro 20,00. So, this amount will be charged if your arrival will be, any day, between 20:00 (8.00 pm) and 24:00 (00.00 am) or anytime on Sunday and all national festivities. Any check in after midnight must be arranged previous to your arrival and can carry a late check in fee of Euro 50

If you need, it is possible to rent all the palace only for you (four apartments units)!. The apartments, very elegantly furnished, are recently completely restored (2007)!
We are quite the owners, so we really rent without any commission!!
Rates are quoted in Euro currency for 2 people.

Rates

Low Season Price : €600
High Season Price : €800 per Week


The reservation can be done by paying in advance (30%of total amount) with a money transfer (bank or postal or by Western Union); the settlement and the security deposit (normally €300,00 for weekly rent) must be paid at the beginning of the journey. This amount (security deposit) will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
The breakfast is not served. We cannot accept cheques and credit card.

We have the license of the municipality of Rome and the Rome Tourism Office (A.P.T.) authorization to rent with 'Holiday House' mode.

We can also provide the following services:
