My Flats-in-Rome are ideal for people looking for a relaxing break away from the crowded city centre roads and hotels. They are 2 flats in the same building, sleeping 4 each. The flats are directly linked to downtown Rome (15 minutes from Trastevere by train) and are also well connected to the Fiumicino Intl Airport Leonardo da Vinci and the main train stations in Rome. A wonderful 27 hole golf course is only 5 Km away. The apartments are independents, separately bookable and fully furnished with their own private internal parking spaces, air conditioning, independent central heating and perfectly working fireplace. The bedroom furnishings include a double bed and wardrobe in each apartment. They are the ideal solution for more families traveling together or a group of friends.

Allievi in the residential district of Ponte Galeria close to the city of Rome, the flat is well connected to Rome city centre both by road and by public transport Ponte Galeria railway station ( Rome-Airport line) is located less than 50 metres from the flat. It takes you just 15 minutes to reach Trastevere station in Rome city center. From Trastevere take express tram (Number 8) to the historical centre (Largo Torre Argentina - Piazza Venezia). From Trastevere you can also take tram number 3 to Caio Cestio Pyramid, Circus Maximus, Coliseum and San Giovanni in Laterano Basilica. Fares & tickets (valid for train, underground and bus.     This is a special rate for 2 person from Saturday to Saturday, just ask me quote for different arrival day. A 20% deposit is payable at booking (no charges for bank transfers or postal orders, a small charge applies to payments made by cheques in Euros or credit cards). Cash in Euros at check-in for the balance payment. Security deposit: 100 Euros refundable at the end of the stay Checkin time: from 4pm to 8pm - Checkout time: from 8am to 10am Late checkin (after 8pm) or early check out (before 8am) : 30 Euro Linen are not included in rental price. We kindly ask you to carry your own sheets, towels & pillow cases (pillows & blankets are instead included in the rental). Otherwise we can provide you linen for 10 euro per person.
