The apartment is a combination of a renaissance exterior and a retro vintage interior. Designed by a group of respected young artists, who have collaborated to brilliantly recreate the optimistic and comfy ambience of a 1950's & 60’s Rome, without giving up contemporary comforts and conveniences. 
 
The apartment features two bedrooms, a large lounge/living room with sofa couch, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a bathroom. It can sleep up to six guests. Please note that the price differs depending on the number of guests.

The 15th century building is located at the quiet Via del Governo Vecchio, a street straight out of a picture post-card, and known for its art galleries, cafés and independent designer shops. Piazza Navona, Vatican City, the Pantheon, Campo dei Fiori and the Colosseum are all within walking distance.

				Low Season Price:	€215 per Day
				High Season Price:	€270 per Day

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival. Cancellation: Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure. The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given: Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost is refunded. Less than 48 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice: 100% of the total rent.
