Apartment Colosseum is located barely 150 meters from the Colosseum; one of the greatest works of Roman architecture and Roman engineering. 
 
The apartment is designed in a retro vintage style but with a unique emphasis on a 70’s dark elegance and a mix of Classic design combined with a Pop-Art twist. The apartment features two bedrooms, a large lounge/living room with sofa couch, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a bathroom.  
 
The apartment can accommodate up to six guests. Please note that the rate per night for this apartment differs with the number of guests.

Besides the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, Circus Maximus and the Pantheon are all in walking distance. Also a fantastic shopping area and sparkling nightlife are located nearby.

				High Season Price:	€295 per Day

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival. Cancellation: Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure. The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given: Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost is refunded. Less than 48 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice: 100% of the total rent.
