This cosy apartment of 50 sqm is situated on the third floor (there is an elevator). It features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a queen size sofa couch, large double bedroom, small balcony and bathroom with shower.  
 
Note: In front on the same floor there is another bigger apartment, delle Grotte. In case of renting them both, they can be occupied by 7/8 persons.

Bed linen and towels will be provided. Internet connection, plasma TV and mp3 player are available.

The location is very central because it's only a 5 minutes walking distance to Vaticano, Trastevere, Piazza Navona and Piazza Venezia. Piazza Farnese is around the corner. There are also several bus lines close to the apartment. Nearby is Campo dei Fiori with a pictoresque market, one of the oldest open air markets in Rome. At night, Campo dei Fiori is a popular meeting place for young people, both Italian and foreign.

				Low Season Price:	€160 per Day
				High Season Price:	€200 per Day

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival. Cancellation: Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure. The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given: Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost is refunded. Less than 48 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice: 100% of the total rent.
