This comfortable apartment of 75 sqm is situated in a pictoresque little street, on the third floor, an elevator is available. It features a living room with sofa couch, a fully equipped kitchen, plasma TV, DVD player, mp3 player, two double bedrooms and bathroom with shower.  
 
Note: on the same floor there is another smaller apartment, delle Grottino. In case of renting them both, they can be occupied by 7/8 persons.

The location is very central because it's just a 5 minutes walking distance to Vaticano, Trastevere, Piazza Navona and Piazza Venezia. There are also several bus lines nearby the apartment. Piazza Farnese is around the corner and nearby is Campo dei Fiori with a pictoresque market, one of the oldest open air markets in Rome. At night, Campo dei Fiori is a popular meeting place for young people, both Italian and foreign.

				Low Season Price:	€175 per Day
				High Season Price:	€220 per Day

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival. Cancellation: Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure. The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given: Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost is refunded. Less than 48 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice: 100% of the total rent.
