It features a living room with a double sofa-bed, a spacious and bright double room (with the possibility to add a single bed), plasma TV, DVD player, mp3 player, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. You can enjoy a view of the rooftops of Rome on the terrace.

Trastevere is a picturesque medieval area located on the west bank of the Tiber. Trastevere is one of the most lively districts in the city with many restaurants, cafès and museums. Piazza Farnese, Campo dei Fiori, Campidoglio and Piazza Navona are within walking distance. This area is perfectly served by public transport as buses, taxis and the electric street-car.

				Low Season Price:	€160 per Day
				High Season Price:	€210 per Day

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking to hold the reservation. Bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. Payment of the reservation deposit should be made via credit card (Mastercard and Visacard) at the moment of booking, with full payment due upon arrival. Cancellation: Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure. The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given: Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost is refunded. Less than 48 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice: 100% of the total rent.
