Sleeps 4/5. 2 bedroom recently renovated, two floor apartment with private terrace area and beautiful views of the surrounding hills. Situated in main 'centro storica' in a very quiet street, 5 mins from the main supermaket and just around the corner from the local bakery. Spacious and fun!This charming apartment has proved to be very popular with my guests , Couples love it because it so private and romantic, and the families enjoy the open spaces , and the open plan sleeping arrangements , there is always an argument about who is going to sleep on the top floor with the beautiful views and large relaxing area, It has a staircase leading to the loft area and it gives you the feeling of having two large apartments for the price of one!- I have had very good feedbacks from the guests that have booked and it gives me great pleasure that I have enabled people to enjoy Italy and the charming town Fondi. This is a good apartment for choosing a holiday with a mixture of beach time with the possibility of visiting Rome and Naples and getting in a little bit of culture ! There is a straight train-line direct to Rome, the journey takes 1 hour and 15 minuets and the price is only 5 euros 40 cents circa, the same time it takes to arrive to visit Naples , the trains leave every hour .
Fondi is a very beautiful town, surrounded by gentle hills and only 6 miles away from some fantastic coastlines-



This charming loft in the middle of the" centro storico" part of Fondi is situated on two levels with a staircase that leads you to a very open plan beautiful bedroom /Lounge area with two large comfortable sofa's to relax and a small very private terrace with wonderful views of the surrounding hills , On the terrace you can sunbathe or just enjoy drinks from the little fridge that is supplied on the upper level .
On the lower level is an open plan kitchen, with dishwasher and washing machine, and a private double bedroom , bathroom and a very comfortable sofa bed for extra guests!. The private bedroom has wooden beams and has been kept in its original condition with a lovely window overlooking the beautiful houses of Fondi,
This is a great family apartment with lots of space and privacy and comfy sofas to relax. The large eating area in the entrance room has a large long table to sit around and taste the local delights that Fondi has to offer
