2 Bedroom Apartment in Latium (Lazio)

In order to make a reservation, a deposit is required. The deposit varies from 20% to 27% of the total amount and can be paid by Pay Pal or bank wire. The balance will be paid upon arrival by cash. We require a cancellation notice at least 30 days before the first day of the reservation. The deposit will be refunded minus 50 Euros to cover reservation fees. If the cancellation is less than 30 days before arrival, the full rental amount will be required and only refunded (minus the reservation fees) if a re-rental of the apartment during your booked dates is possible. We also require a minimum stay of 3 nights. The client MUST leave a security deposit for the rented apartment. This security deposit will be paid by either a cheque that WILL NOT BE CASHED or by cash to the apartment representative.
