The most beautiful discotheques of the coast are around Riccione and Rimini.
The flat is situated in the centre of this street and comfortable to all kind of services.
Car is not essential.
The flat has two rooms, one with a double bed and one with a large single bed with own balcony. Two bathrooms with shower, one kitchen and living room with own balcony.

    • Air conditioned in the living room and main bedroom. Own heating. At the top of the building a roof terrace with the possibility to stay for sun, relaxing and fitting. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two extra guest, in case of need. Infact the flat could be also available for 5-6 persons in case. The flat is full and well furnished. A parking for one car is inside a private area of the condominium with electronic key. The apartment will be well and full furnished, with bedlinen and towels also when rent for more than a week, as request. Also for homework we can provide as requested with an extra fee during the week.

    Payment 50% when booking, 50% 30 days before arrival. Preferring bank transfer or paypal. Price could be modify by the owner for particular request. The price indicate is all included for 4-5 person. Discount for more than one week could be defined if available during all the year. A person will be there at your arrival and will assist you during all your stay for every need. We can also accept arrival in the days during the week, if possible.
