Scrambled up on cakies pendii of the Valley of the Conca, to 400 meters on the sea level approximately, one extends set between sea and mountain in alternating itself of forests, fields of grain, vineyards, olive-grove, oaks wood.  
 
It produces Sangiovese di Romagna Doc and Olio Extravergine di Oliva. The company is developed on smoothing of 8 hectares of lands in full sun, with of the rural manufactured ones that are lend to many initiatives.
