History is a part of your house in Bologna: look out of the windows and you can admire the ancient Collegio di Spagna named after the Institute founded in 1365 by Cardinal Egidio Albornoz to house Spanish students attending classes at the oldest University in the world - the University of Bologna.

*the kitchen is fully equipped with: dishes,pans,microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, iron and iron board. 
 
 
Our accommodation can easily accommodate up to 4 adults.  
 
If you are more than 4 people an additional sleeping area about 50 sqm wide composed of a double plus a single room, bathroom with shower and hairdryer,lcd tv 20 iches,fridge,freezer, and breakfast corner (table and chairs)can accomodate threee more adults 
 
Baby equipment is available on request. 
 
We would also like to inform you that in via Collegio di Spagna you can find an internet point, restaurant-pizzeria "il Tarì", a couple of coffee shops and a fine food, fruit and vegetable shop if you want to arrange a dinner for yourself. You will also find the ancient "Farmacia della Pigna" a pharmacy that dates back to the fifteenth century . 
 
If the apartment is available you can confirm your reservation by paying a deposit by wire transfer. After that you will receive a confirmation email. Upon you arrival you will pay cash the balance, togheter with a 100 euro deposit that will be refunded before you leave if there is no damage or keys lost.
