It is a delightful 2 storey cottage, ideal for couples, families or a group of friends, and offers a family atmosphere with Italian hospitality.

It is also available: - a comfortable lounge where you can mingle, watch TV or make plans for your holidays; - a terrace with panoramic breathtaking view of Pietra di Bismantova and the Apennines mountains and where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of tea; - a small garden where you can relax or sunbathe; - an adjacent space for private parking next to the property - a useful selection of maps, guides, catalogues and timetables is at your disposal, but if you need more information, you can always chat with us and we will be delighted to help you to discover the hidden sights and less-known delights of this land or to suggest a visit to the art cities of Parma, Modena and Bologna. - For eating out in the evening, we are lucky to have a wide variety of excellent restaurants in the local vicinity. LOCAL SPORTING AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES :

The salubrious air and the mild climate, resulting from a position sheltered from the wind, make this land ideal for “green”, “healthy” and “sport” holidays. So it is perfect for walkers (there are many marked panoramic paths of different difficulty levels), mountain bikers, riders, climbers (Pietra di Bismantova with its sheer rock faces provides one of north Italy’s most important training ground for free-climbing).
