Villa Giovanna is located on the hilly road between Sorrento and S.Agata Sui Due Golfi known as “Nastro Verde”, in a private condominium of various villas, in a quiet position at 5 km from Sorrento, set in typical Mediterranean countryside of olive groves and vineyards with a spectacular view over the entire Bay of Naples from its large fully furnished terrace with swimming-pool (6x3 Mt.). The entire Villa, composed of two levels, has central heating system , parking space for two cars. A two days a week (1hrs per day) maid service is also provided, and if required also a cooking services. Well connected with local bus service ( 50 mt. from property) to Massa Lubrense, Sorrento, S.Agata, Nerano, Positano, Amalfi. The beautiful relaxing terraces and the ample common spaces make it a perfect accommodation for two small family party.

The Villa is composed of two levels, on the first level a large lounge with HI-FI system for your relax, 1 Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom/shower and fully furnished terrace, and another large lounge with access to the second level. On the second level a lounge with TV and dinning area, 1 bathroom/shower, Fully furnished kitchen, 1 Double Bedroom with en-suite bathroom tub/shower, 1 Kids room with a single bed and an extra drawing one, 1 twin room with bunk-beds and en-suite bathroom/shower.
The mild climate the fine weather all year round make the Sorrento Peninsular an ideal destination in any season, with its flower filled piazzas, elegant shops, and cafes. Sorrento surrounded by oranges and lemons, is a pretty resort and a pleasant place to stroll, browse, or shop for the local inlaid woodwork. The Amalfi Coast a spectacular winding coast characterised by constantly changing views of enchanting landscapes, with fantastically shaped rocks plunging towards a clear blue sea, little villages clinging to the cliffs above the inlets like Positano, an elegant and picturesque resort with its white Mediterranean houses arrayed on the terraces; or like the little town of Amalfi, whose life revolves around the lovely Cathedral square, creating an atmosphere not all different to the way it was 1000 years ago, when the town was the leading Maritime Republic in the world.
