VILLA ERCA has been restored and converted in 4 private apartments, of which only three are let, sharing the pretty garden and swimming pool. The apartment on the ground floor leads directly into the garden. 
The apartments set on the first floor enjoy private terraces, with great views of the sourranding countryside, the costline and the isle of Capri. 
Within walking distance there is a charming hamlet with a small shop& two good restaurants.

The access to the villa is by a very narrow road and the large car are not recommended.  
The villa is at ten mins from Massalubrense, land of the mythical Ulysses and the Syrens, where history, art, culture and tradition meet. Natural walks through ancient villages, lemon groves, century –old olive groves and Mediterranean bush, all set against a background of incomparible view….. Massalubrense is a virtually triangular in a shape –its north-eastern side borders with Sorrento, whilist the other two side are formed by the gulf of Salerno and the Bay of Naples, with Punta Campanella at its vertex, facing Capri.

    • On 12th december 1977,the Ministry for the Environment issued a decree which created the Protected Marine Area of Punta Campanella; you can have differents type ,and different level of the activity. trekking of 2/4/8 hours, canoeing & kayaking,scuba, snorkeling, fishing archeology,architecture (Napoli,Paestum, Pompei ,Sorrento ,Amalfi, Capri). There are 16 villages which have developed from the ancient hamlets and are still linked by an intricate network of paths, mule traks and lanes as well as by the main roads.
