Il Geranio, a detached House located on the road between S.Agata Sui Due Golfi and the fishing village of Nerano, in the outskirts of the village of Monticchio. Set in typical Mediterranean countryside of olive groves and vineyards, is near other properties without losing a sense of intimacy and freedom. From the property a network of old tracks through the local countryside lead to other characteristic hamlets such as Schiazzano, Pastena and S.Agata Sui due Golfi. It has a furnished garden with a corner dedicated to the barbecue, with an adjacent garage if needed. The house is fully furnished to a quality standard and is composed of one double room, one twin room, a lounge with colour TV and sofa bed (sleeps 2), a large kitchen with electric hob/oven and dining area and also a large terrace for dining outside. Some small general stores and a grocery shop are at 1.500 mt., but the best place for shopping is S.Agata Sui Due Golfi at 2 Km. The nearest beach is Nerano at 7 Km.

The property is located in small Village of Monticchio near S.Agata Sui Due Golfi, on the hill above Sorrento. The village centre is at only 400 mitres with shops of all sort, the nearest restaurant is just cross the road, and the bus stop at only 150 mitres. In a central position between the Sorrento peninsula and the Amalfi Coast, at 60 km from Naples Airport ( 1hour journey ), and 3 hours drive from Rome, and at 25km from Pompeii ( 30 minutes journey) and 10 kilometres from the beaches, some sandy and some shingle.

Lying between the Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi Coast, the territory of Massa Lubrense is virtually triangular in shape, its north-eastern side borders with Sorrento, whilst the other two sides are formed by the Gulf of Salerno and the Bay of Naples, with Punta Campanella at its vertex, facing the island of Capri. Apart from the main town there are another seventeen villages which have developed from the ancient hamlets and are still linked by an intricate network of paths. One of these villages is Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi, Its name says everything about the breathtaking views which it enjoys over both the Bays of Naples and Salerno. To be visited in the village, the Church (XVI century) famous for its very precious altar, with fine and elaborate inlaid works of precious marble. The Monastery of ' Il Deserto' and its famous belvedere above the Gulfs of Naples and Salerno made this site one of the most celebrated in the Campania region.
