Vacation Rental Description

Centrally located in Positano. In order to reach the main square and the main beach located at the bottom of Positano, you can recah the main road after 130 steps and than walk on the road.In both cases it takes you 10/15 minutes. The nearest parking (with ticket) is at 200 – 300 metres like all the shops that are situated along the way.
Positano very well know all over the world is a good starting point to visit and tour all the Amalfi coast as well as the island that are nearby like Capri or Ischia.

The main gate, after climbing 125 steps from the main road, leads directly onto the terrace from which you can access all the main rooms. Starting at the far end you enter into the lounge via French doors, which has three seating areas all on different levels. A "L" shaped sofa in one, a built in sofa with cushions and another sofa in front of the fireplace. To the left is a bathroom with a hydro massage shower. To the right a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom (queen size bed) with a double sofa bed, a second double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. Both bedrooms have French doors onto the terrace. There is a single bed room with en-suite bathroom with shower located next to the villa that have direct access from the terrace.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: - 30% as deposit to be paid on the act of booking plus the costs of opening the file Euro 40.00. - 70% as balance to be paid in the forty days preceding the beginning of location. Balance payment by Credit card will be accepted. BOOKINGS MADE LESS THAN 40 DAYS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF STAY: In this case the clients must make the payment of the total amount of the rent in one single installment on the act of booking. The way of payment will be the same as in the normal booking procedure.
