The apartment is located in a 16th century building on the ancient greek street (decumanus) called 'Spaccanapoli'. It is in the middle of the main highlights of the town (National museum, Santa Chiara church, Jesus' square, San Gregorio Armeno, Plebiscito's Square, San Carlo theatre). In 5 minutes walking you can reach the underground and the terminus of Cumana metropolitan railway. With these public services you can move throughout the town and the surrounding areas (Pompei, Pozzuoli, Sorrento).

Fee reduction for couples.

The naturally very well sunlighted apartment of 80 sqm, totally restored, is an open space with a loft with a parquet floor for 2-3 people (up to 5 with restrictions), kitchen with dishwasher, 1/2 bathrooms with bath and shower. The wide window and the balcony permit to have a panoramic view of Vesuvio and the gulf of Naples.

You can reach the port (molo Beverello) in 10 minutes walk where you can find ferries and hidrofoil boats to the isles and Sorrento.

Washing machine may be available upon request with a surcharge. Heating is usually included in the total fee with a surcharge in case of overconsuming. Domestic appliances: toaster, microwave, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, hi-fi stereo, dvd player, 2 fans, an old computer not connected to the internet (available on request wifi with surcharge if you have a preset notebook). There is also a music keyboard.

In Bagnoli there is a science theme park "Città della scienza". Shopping areas are Via Toledo, Vomero, Corso Umberto, but all the town centre has a lot of shops and restaurants/pizzeria. Hiking is possible on the Vesuvio national park , campi flegrei area , but also going to San Martino via pedamentina on foot is a sort of climb.
In the nearby harbour it's possible to sail, hire boats and also fishing is practised. In the nearby "park of Quartieri spagnoli" there is a Children Playground. The closest multi-screen cinema is "Modernissimo", theatres are several.

A security deposit of 250 Euro/150 GBP must be deposited at arrival with final balance if no damage has occurred. A photocopy of a valid ID card needs to be delivered at arrival. Rates are inclusive of light, cleaning at the beginning and end of stay with change of bed and bath linen each week. Maid service during the week available at request at 20 €. Deposit of 25% is required to confirm booking or full amount if within 3 weeks of travel. Difference: to hand by cash entering the flat. In case of reservation time shifting no surcharge will be applied if notice is given at least one month before the expected date. In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refund. Reduction for couples or in case of 2 weeks renting.
