3 Bedroom Self Catering Apartment in Costa del Cilento

CASA ELISABETTA has 2 apartments of different sizes: 
Apartment 1: 3 bedrooms (max. 9 people), 2 bathrooms/shower, 1 toilet, an entrance-living room, kitchen, veranda with sea view. 
Apartment 2: 2 bedrooms (max. 6 people), 1 bathroom/shower with hydromassage, an entrance-living room- kitchen, terrace with sea-view. 
Our guests can use the washing room in which they find a washing-machine, iron and iron-board. 
In the garden we installed 
- a swimming pool (1st July - 31st August) and a shower which can become a refreshing moment after the heat of summer days; 
our guests can use 
- a laundry or washing room with washing machine and all facilities for ironing. 
 
CASA ELISABETTA is situated in a residential part just outside of the picturesque Cilento village of Caprioli di Pisciotta and only 2 kilometres far away from the beach, while the most famous and elegant resort site Palinuro lies a bit further, but you can reach it in just 10 minutes by car. 
CASA ELISABETTA enjoys a fascinating sea view of whole Palinuro Bay, the relax and the fresh air of it mixed with the perfume of the not distant sea water give summer nights in CASA ELISABETTA something magical that you can not but experience. 

CASA ELISABETTA is situated in a unique position. As many parts of Cilento are easily reachable from CASA ELISABETTA, you’ll be able to enjoy all various aspects of a holiday in Cilento. Sink in the glamour of Palinuro summer life, or attend the cultural attractions offered by Pisciotta (theatre performances and cultural soirées). Enjoy the sport facilities you can find anywhere in Ascea (e. g. horse-riding) in Palinuro (e. g. diving), in Pisciotta (e.g.tennis). But if you are a self –made-tourist, do wander around the magnificent Cilento region, discover the Mingardo valley, the mountains, the water falls of Morigerati or bathe in the crystal waters of our sea in the small beaches far from mass tourism and chaos.

Angling is a favourite activity in the cristal water of Cilento sea, do try it especially on the beach of the Capo D'Arena. You can rent a horse in Centola or Ascea and ride among the mountains or to the seaside. Palinuro is internationally known as a diving place. Wander about the undiscovered mountains, the picturesque villages reigning from the top of the mountains, ort the hidden strands of our coast. 
CASA ELISABETTA is situated outside Caprioli di Pisciotta on a hill sheering above the sea. 
Your children will spend most of their time in our large and fenced garden discovering ist most hidden places or bathing in the swimming pool. 
From CASA ELISABETTA you can reach many types of beaches: peeble ones and sandy ones. 
The traditional production of wine is experiencing in the last years a new season of youth. Taste Cilento wines in the Agriturismo restaurants, we can give you many tipps.

• Travel Info: How to reach Caprioli di Pisciotta: Pisciotta lies 150 km south of Naples (Capodichino airport) and 100 km south of Salerno. It can be easily reached by car or by train. • By car: travel South on the motorways Naples – Salerno and Salerno - Reggio Calabria (A3) until to the exit in Battipaglia; from there continue on the SS 18 (State Road) direction South, continue driving southwards direction Agropoli-Vallo della Lucania. After a number of exits (among the others you will find Ceraso, Cuccaro Vetere, Futani, Montano Antilia, Centola and eventually Poderia/Celle di Bulgheria, leave the SS 18 take the SP 447 (Provincial Road) direction Palinuro, Pisciotta, Ascea. • By train: several trains, especially ICEs and EUROSTARs, stop during the summer in Pisciotta-Palinuro station. Most of them leave from Naples or Salerno. • By plane: next airport is Capodichino in Naples. How to reach “CASA ELISABETTA”: After leaving the SS 18 turn right and drive direction Palinuro. After one kilometer you will see in front of you two railway bridges, an old one made of red bricks and a new one, from there road becomes narrow and the view is a picturesque one. That road’s name is Mingardina. On the right-hand side you see the river Mingardo flowing seawards, on both sides you have some rocks dramatically hanging upon you. After 1,800 metres the road forks, turn right direction Palinuro and keep on driving on a larger part of the Mingardina road, the river will remain on your right-hand side. Where the road ends up into a junction, after Km 5,600, keep on driving direction Palinuro never leaving the main road. After a bridge and an IP petrol station, on your left, you will find a roundabout keep on going right, you are now driving on the coastal road. On your left you can see the sea and Palinuro and Caprioli strands. Pass over the road sign indicating the beginning of Caprioli, after that there’s a large chemist’s shop and after a pair of bends the Pica Hotel is on your left. After 300 metres a new crossroad opens in front of you, on the left there’s a poster of Residence Capo D’Arena, nearby a bus stop shelter, on the right a road going up the hill of Caprioli. Turn right and keep on driving on this road that runs among houses, olive trees, small cottages, gardens and breathtaking views of the sea. After Km.1,600 in a bend going leftwards you will see on your right a small lane opening before you, the lane’s name is via Fiume Lambro. There are three houses there, Casa Elisabetta is the first one on the left-hand side. You can spot it from the beginning of the lane and it is clearly in sight as it can be seen on the internet. We recommend you anyway to have at disposal a car because public transports in Cilento are rare and very badly organised. Please make sure you have already told us your expected time of arrival (check-in time not before 3 p.m. – check-out time not later than 10 a.m.).
