The apartment has air conditioning/heating and colour TV. It is self-contained with a bathroom (toilet, shower, bidet and washbasin) and kitchen. It consists of a double bedroom and beds in the main room that sleep up to 3 extra people & a terrace & garden. The apartment is situated 10 metres from the hotel & 50 metres from the beach.

The apartment has air-conditioning/heating and colour TV. It is self-contained with a bathroom (toilet, shower, bidet and washbasin) and kitchen. It consists of 2 bedrooms each with a double bed & a single bed. Outside there is a big balcony & a garden. The apartment is situated 250 metres from the hotel & 300 metres from the beach.  
 
Apartment A (can sleep 2\5)  
The apartment has air-conditioning/heating and colour TV and is ideal for the larger family. It is self-contained with two bathrooms (toilet, shower, bidet & washbasin in each) and a large kitchen. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed & a single bed and a bedroom with 4 beds including a bunk bed & a bedroom with 2 beds. There is a big covered balcony & a garden. The apartment is situated 250 metres from the hotel & 50 metres from the beach.  
 
Bed & Breakfast (Double Room)  
This consists of a double bedroom with a fully en-suite bathroom. It has air-conditioning/heating and a colour TV. It is rented out on a bed and breakfast basis with the option of half or full board if required. There is a wall safe that can be rented for euro 2.60 per day.

Bed linen and bath towels are included in the price.  
Private off-street parking is provided. 
 
Outside 
The apartments have access to a private section of a sandy Blue Flag beach and each is provided with use of an sun umbrella, lounger and beach chair. A BBQ can be provided upon request.

The private section of sandy beach is just 2 minutes walk. Santa Maria's beaches have been awarded 'Blue Flag' status since 1999 for the cleanliness of its water.

Travel, alternatively an airport pick-up and drop-off service can be arranged at an extra cost subject to availability. 
Tailor-made excursions can also be organised to such attractions as Pompeii, Amalfi Coast, Capri, Paestum, Herculaneam, Vesuvius & Grotte di Castelcivita. The village of Santa Maria has a good selection of shops, 3 banks and a post office as well as bars, restaurants and pizzerias. There is a lively Saturday morning market which offers a range of items from cheeses and olives to clothes, bed linen and a variety of leather goods.
