This exclusive villa in Bonifati, Calabria is available to rent in the undiscovered southern tip of Italy where good food, sun and friendly locals will make your holiday a very special experience. 
 
The villa has been finished to a very high specification and includes three double bedrooms. There are also two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. 
 
Case Rosse will also benefit from a communal pool and club house which will be shared by only a handful of other villas on this prestigious site. 
 
Just 2 minutes down the hill you’ll find a lovely secluded beach with its own bar and restaurant that specialises in seafood.

Well appointed with electric hob and extractor hood, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, saucepans, serving dishes, etc. 
 
Utility Cupboard:  
Washing machine, microwave, ironing board and iron. 
 
Living Rooms:  
Comfortably furnished with a 3 seater settee, 1 arm chair, TV (Satellite), DVD player, CD/radio. Patio doors to terrace. 
 
Dining Room:  
Meals can be either inside or outside on the terrace. The inside dining table seats 6. 
A high chair is also available at an extra cost. 
 
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:  
All linen, towels and tea towels are provided, but beach towels are not. Property is cleaned prior to occupancy. Additional cleaning may be available on request. 
 
Notes on accommodation 
Villa Case Rosse has recently been built. The villa is child-friendly and features a spacious living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms over two floors. The villa terraces, on both floors, are off the dining room, living room and two of the bedrooms and have stunning sea views.

Beach: 
The nearest beach is only three minutes away by car. There is a restaurant at the beach that serves food and drinks all day. There is always plenty of space on the beach even in the peak season. Italians tend to go for a siesta from Midday through to 4pm and the beach is usually deserted then! There are a number of bars and restaurants along the beach at Belvedere (10 minutes by car). 
 
Golf: 
The local Golf Club has a nine hole course and is a 10 minute drive away, where restaurant, bar and swimming pool facilities are also available. 
 
Travel: 
Villa Case Rosse is around 100km and just over 1 hour away from the airport of Lamezia, with direct flights from many international destinations, including Stansted in the UK. Also there are internal flights from Rome, Milan and Pisa, providing international links to and from other airports. 
The rail links within Italy are both cheap and reliable, enabling travel to and from Naples, Rome and beyond. These link up with the local network, which runs along the coast down to Reggio di Calabria and onwards to Sicily. 
 
Skiing & Eating: 
As you would expect there are many, bars, restaurants and gelaterias (ice cream shops) all offering tremendous value as your euro goes a lot further here than in the rest of Italy. 
 
Inland the interior of Calabria is dominated by the Sila and the Aspromonte National Parks where skiing is available from December to February.
