Casa Rosse is a Luxury Villa with 3 double berooms and 2 bathrooms sleeping up to 6 adults in comfortable luxury, and with stunning sea views. A highlight is a wonderful Infinity swimming pool shared between the small group of villas. Stunning hillside location with sea view, just minutes from endless deserted beaches and several small coastal towns with friendly local restaurants and bars.
Situated on a small exclusive development of architect designed villas, complete with Swimming pool, yet just minutes from the beach and one hour's drive from Lamezia airport.
(Direct flights from London Gatwick in the UK, and from numerous airports in Europe, as well as connections from all major Italian cities)

Ground Floor:
Comfortable lounge with Freeview Satellite Television and DVD player, access to spacious front terrace and garden wih fantastic Sea Views and sun from morning to evening.
Fully Fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, integrated fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. Laundry area with washing machine.
Dining room with oak dining table seating 6, ceiling fan, access to the terrace, gardens and bbq area.
Bedroom 3 comprising 2 x single beds (can also be used as double bed), access to rear terrace, double wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps.
Bathroom comprising instantaneous water heater, individual shower cubicle, W/C, bidet and washbasin.
Gardens to front, rear and side of the property. The front garden includes sun loungers and patio furniture and has a fantastic view of the sea and the Calabrian coast. There is also a terrace area complete with bbq. The rear garden includes another terrace.
First Floor:
Master Bedroom including luxurious Kingsize bed, 2 terraces (front and rear) with fantastic sea views, ceiling fan, double wardrode, bedside tables and reading lamps.
Bedroom 2 includes double bed, terrace with stunning Sea Views, double wardrobe, bedside tables and reading lamps.
Family Bathroom with double width shower, instantaneous water heater, W/C, bidet and washbasin.
Terraces to front and rear with stunning sea and coastal views - perfect for a relaxing glass of wine in the sun. Front terrace includes cane furniture and parasol.

BOOK NOW FOR 2011! The villa is available for rent all year round. In Mid & High season for bookings of at least 1 week. Please contact us about special rates for long weekends, or for longer bookings. To make a reservation we require a 25% non-refundable holding deposit, with the balance due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. The property can be held free of charge for 48 hours pending confirmation of flights and travel arrangements. We can also assist or advise with travel arrangements and answer any questions you might have about the house or the local area. Linen and towels and included. There is a £45 final cleaning charge for all bookings. Additional cleaning, linen and towels can be provided for a small extra charge.
