The apartments

Our 5 recently constructed holiday apartments are located in Villa Belvedere and Villa Panoramica approximately 150 m from the emerald-green Sea. The apartments are composed of one, two or three bedrooms, completely equipped kitchen-lounge, bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet and furnished veranda or balcony with panoramic view of the Sea and the Eolian Islands. Each apartment has all services needed for a comfortable stay, including SAT-TV, parking, barbecue, washing machine and washbowl for washing outside. Hereinafter a detailed description of the individual apartments:

The Surroundings

The bay of Coccorino is situated on the Tyrrhenian Coast next to the famous promontory of Capo Vaticano and is a renowned oasis of tranquillity and relax. Coccorino is the ideal place for all those who want to pass their holidays in absolute relax and far away from daily hustle and bustle. The proximity to Capo Vaticano (2 km) and Tropea (15 km) also guarantees all kinds of activities and night life. Here the summer feeling seems to be eternal, on the evergreen hills and coasts and cliff lines facing white and still intact beaches.

This is the ideal place for all types of fishing activity as the Sea is full of sand banks and offers best opportunities to catch the most desired prey.

Furthermore you can admire the beauty of the numerous grottos that enrich the natural and savage spectacle of the reef.

From a naturalistic-cultural point of view there are a lot of interesting places to visit: The small villages of Nicotera and Tropea, Pizzo Calabro and Serra San Bruno, the Sila Mountains and the National Parks, the numerous museums etc.. From the Tyrrhenian Coast you can also book motor boat trips to the Eolian Islands with free transfer service from and to the apartments.
