Situated in a rural area only 700 metres from Santa Maria beach and it's restaurants, bars and supermarkets, this first floor apartment is in a secluded gated resort and is one of 14 apartments. Set amongst landscaped gardens which include olive groves, lemon and orange trees, banana plants and palm trees there is a large private pool which incorporates a jacuzzi and a child's paddling pool. There is also volleyball and boules on site. The property has a large covered balcony ideal for al fresco living and gives stunning views of Sicily and the Aeolian Islands. The resort is only 3km from the popular beaches of Grotticelle and 12 km from the medieval town of Tropea which is the favourite tourist destination in Calabria.

First floor apartment so this is not suitable for people with mobility problems.

The apartment has a large covered balcony ideal for al fresco living with patio furniture comprising of 6 chairs and a table.The apartments are situated amongst an olive grove and lemon trees. Outdoor furniture is provided and sited around the shared pool area. The pool is approx 25 metres long 10 metres wide and incorporates a jacuzzi and a child's paddling pool. The pool is open from the end of May until September and is closed to swimming before 0800 for cleaning and during siesta time1300 - 1600 hours daily.There is a Gazebo near to the pool offering shade in the heat of the day.

• Travel Info: Budget airlines such as Ryan Air, Easy Jet and Blu Express fly into Lamezia Terme is approx 70km (one hours drive) to the resort. The ferry to Sicily is a 90 minute drive. To fully enjoy the holiday car hire is recommended.
