This stunning villa with private pool provides a haven of peace and tranquility for your well earned holiday. Sleeping 8 people, the villa has been beautifully furnished and inc. a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven/hob, fr/freezer and microwave.

The villa is tucked away in a peaceful setting yet only 3 km from San Vito with its Monday market, comprehensive shopping and is well placed for visiting wonderful cities such as Ostuni (the White City), Alberobello (trulli town), Lecce with its beautiful architecture and Roman remains, Fasano zoo and theme park - the list is endless. Nearby beaches of gorgeous white sand slope gently into the safe crystal clear waters of the Adriatic. Torre Guaceto, being one of the finest, is part of a nature reserve. Brindisi airport is 20 mins away, Bari approx 1 hr.

Our local English managers are on hand 24/7, to give you any assistance you may need during your stay.

The villa is furnished throughout with modern, stylish furniture. There are 2 double bedrooms one with its own entrance and access to the veranda. Plus two twin bedded rooms. The spacious open plan kitchen has all modern amenities along with a large dining area. The veranda overlooks the landscaped pool area and is perfect for al fresco dining/evening drinks. Ambient lighting provides a romantic atmosphere for those late night swims. A BBQ area is well placed to take advantage of the beautiful sunsets. If the evening is cool the large lounge area is brightly decorated, providing comfort and relaxation, the stunning marble staircase leads up to a mezzanine floor which leads onto the bedrooms. The villa is completely walled/fenced, so parents can relax knowing that children cannot wander far from the villa.

A security deposit of £200 to be paid prior to arrival, this will be held and returned when the agent reports that the property has been checked and is OK on departure. We suggest you replace broken items before departure with the agreement of the agent. Fair wear and tear is not included in the above and will not be taken into consideration.
