We are about 3km from the beach and nature reserve of Torre Guaceto and 2km from Serra Nova and within 10 mins drive of both San Vito Dei Normanni and Carovigno.

This location places you right in the heart of Puglia with easy access to the main Bari-Brindisi highway. Nearby you will find the historical cities of Lecce, Ostuni, Alberrobello.

From the Roof terrace gives view of the sea, the property is down a residential laneway with minimal residential traffic.

Plenty of local restaurants to choose from or you can cook some of the fresh produce bought at the local markets. All local towns have a market day every week offering freshest produce.

Large living/dining/kitchen area. Wood burning Stove for winter rentals. Speakers for your own iPod/MP3 player, TV/DVD player to watch your own movies.

This property is suitable for off season rentals. There is a wood burning stove in the living area which along with the air conditioning provides heating. We have also provided duvets for your comfort.

Barbeque area outside.

Linen and towels included, property cleaned at end of each rental period.

The property caretaker is an ex pat who lives full time locally all year round, there is an alarm installed in the property.

Low Season Price : €275
High Season Price : €450 per Week

50% refund given to all cancellations received within 3 weeks of date of arrival.
