At the first level terrace overlooking the sea, stay entrance and living room with fireplace, kitchen with two gates from Terrasse, a room with bunk beds, bathroom with shower. At the second level, entry living room with sofa bed, double room with bath and shower, double bedroom, bathroom with tub and shower pipe, vain laundry and luggage.  
Air conditioning, dish-washer, fireplace, washing machine, garden, parking.  
The property is situated in a quiet and relaxing area close to the sea ( 500 m).  
Location: along the descent to the sea that Tricase leads to Tricase Porto, in private location and rich vegetation including several Mediterranean olive trees.  
Boat rental possibility. 
 
The prices incude the consumption of water, gas, linen for bedroom and bathroom, final cleaning. Electricity will be paid at the end of the stay by the client to the owner directly.

    The house was exactly as described in the website but no photos can describe the homely feeling that this beautiful house offers it's guests. Very functional with all that is needed for a relaxing holiday, plenty of space for everyone even when house is full and within easy reach of many beautiful towns and beaches. Salento is a magical spot in Italy - still unspoilt by mass tourism - where life is taken slowly and enjoyed to the full! And this house and it's location makes the ideal base to enjoy all this .. and more!!
