At the second level, entry living room with sofa bed, double room with bath and shower, double bedroom, bathroom with tub and shower pipe, vain laundry and luggage.

The property is situated in a quiet and relaxing area close to the sea ( 500 m).
Location: along the descent to the sea that Tricase leads to Tricase Porto, in private location and rich vegetation including several Mediterranean olive trees.

The prices incude the consumption of water, gas, linen for bedroom and bathroom, final cleaning. Electricity will be paid at the end of the stay by the client to the owner directly.
