Vacation Rental Description
Completely restored by its Irish owners in 2007, , no expense spared, oasis of tranquility surrounded by Mediterranean gardens and 4 acres of olive groves and vineyard to explore.local food and restaurants are great, manageress will meet and greet Welcome food pack Accommodation
Bedrooms: 1 bedroom double with French doors to the pool terrace. Ensuite power shower bidet etc flat TV, CD.
1 Bedroom 2 or 3 beds ensuite bath & power shower French doors to terrace at rear extra tiny room suite, cot.
1 small bedroom ensuite powershower +bidet.
Bathrooms: 3 ensuite bathroom with, toilet, basin, power showers and 1 with bath.2 with bidet.
Kitchen: Kitchen with table and chairs for 8. Double oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, traditional pizza oven, microwave, washing machine. French doors at either end of the kitchen lead out on to the side terrace under the flower covered pergola.
Utility Room: Kitchen has good quality equiptment. Pizza oven not useable at the moment.
Living Rooms: Leather sofa/bed in alcove, seats, coffee table, 42 inch flat screen TV, CD and satellite TV, book case, big dresser.
Other: Alcove with small bed/daybed - suit kids.

Gas BBQ outside.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Cleaner per rental. Linen, towels and pool towels provided, more if you want it.
Notes on accommodation
Pool is really cool - I haven't seen one as good - mosaic tiled, infinity edge, all edges have been rounded no sharp edges, kids area 3 mtr/10foot circle 0.6 / 2ft deep, pool area 1 mtr 3ft3 for small kids to 2 mtrs adults jump in. Area fully lit at night total length 50 foot x 17 foot.
Kids should always be supervised in pools, if in doubt arm bands on all the time.

hob/stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron/ironing board, satellite tv, tv, central heating, air conditioning, cot, high chair, barbecue, private pool (for sole use of guests), pets accepted
Outside
Gas BBQ, EMU high quality outside furniture, 8 pool loungers, pool 8 seater table, outside breakfast table 4 seats, BBQ, 4 acres of 200 year old olive trees, fruit trees seasonal, fig, cherry, plum, apple, lemon, line, amounds, capers, you are free to pick what you want - we also have a small vineyard.
Different trees come in and out of season at different times.
Coast/Beach
The best beaches in Italy, fantastic coastline of different beaches, caves, grottos etc etc with good serviced facilities in the summer, parking, sunloungers, restaurants, toilets etc etc. water at the beach is normally very warm
Special interest holidays
Local 4 star hotel with restaurant 4 mins drive away. Manageress family own a famous restaurant mother and daughter will come and cook local in-season fare - in the house for you! Food, Restaurants, Beaches.
Travel
Car is essential.
Brindisi Airport – 54 km - 40 mins roads
Bari Airport – 118 km - 1hour 20 roads & motorway
Naples - 3hours 30 -mostly motorway
Pescara 4 hours -mostly motorway
