Casa Machiavelli is only a short walk from the many bars and cafes that are dotted around the winding cobbled streets of the 'Centro Storico'. Situated in the beautiful old town and just off the main road that leads directly down to the historical centre. The park 'villa comunal' is literally just around the corner and has a lovely cafe and children's play area.

A truly stunning, independant house which has recently been fully renovated to a very high standard. The property boasts modern contemporary furniture set to a backdrop of original stonework that complement each other to enhance the natural aesthetics of the building. The original layout and characteristics have been kept intact with designer Fixtures added throughout. Furniture has been carefully sourced and installed to help create a warm, homely and welcoming surround.

The house has a large double master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, and one smaller double. The master bedroom has exposed stone walls and stone 'star-vaulted' ceiling. It also boasts its own double opening and is nice just to sit with the doors open, a double espresso and chocolate croissant in hand, and let the warm morning sun slowly awaken you while you plan your forthcoming day.

The property provides a large kitchen/dining area which is separate to the living area. The tiled kitchen surround incorporates a washing machine, fridge freezer, four ring hob and microwave/oven combi unit. You also have a double door leading to the balcony at the front of the house.

As you enter the dining area, on your right you will see an arch that leads to the living area. You have a quality, very easy to use (no cushions) sofabed. There is seating for five with a walk in wardrobe/space if used as a bedroom. The sofabed is tucked away to the right so not to be seen from the dining area. Exposed stone ceilings.

The split level 'terrazzo' has a spacious feel and looks over the entire city down to the adriatic sea, provides dining for 6, and 2 sun loungers. There are many plants on the terrace that give a cosy feel.

There is air conditioning in all rooms and gas central heating.
