Villa Auris is a 18th-century mansion in the heart of Ostuni, overlooking the public park (so-called Villa Comunale in Southern Italy) and it is minutes on foot from the finest restaurants and shops in Ostuni and from the medieval, whitewashed citadel of Ostuni. Even if it is in the centre of Ostuni, it enjoys peace and silence, thanks to the nearby public park and the private garden which offer tranquillity and enfold the property. 
 
The apartment on rent is a large, luxury 200 sqm flat on the first-floor of Villa Auris, classically decorated, accessed through an imposing door which leads to a grand hall and a magnificent staircase. The apartment is very comfortably furnished with antiques and also boasts an exclusive and private terrace and garden to the rear. It has 6 large, high-vaulted rooms: Ante-room, large lounge with comfy armchairs, with a convertible sofa for two extra persons, dining room, large kitchen with oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster and table and chairs; master bedroom with ornate antique wrought iron bedstead & double room with wodden twin beds, bathroom, laundry room.  
 
Besides the main, large apartment, a studio with ensuite bathroom is now available for booking. Cosy and very Puglia typical, this studio is on the second (top) floor of Villa Auris and it is stylishly furnished and can host two persons. Ideal to be booked together with the main apartment for an extra-couple of friends or for just a couple as stand-alone. Ensuite bathroom tiled with Bisazza glass mosaic. It boasts a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchenette. The studio enjoys a huge roof-terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea. Rental rates range from EUR 400 to EUR 550. Balance payable on arrival or few days earlier. EUR300 security deposit required, returnable at the end of the stay if there are not any major breakages Changeover day: Preferably Saturday, but flexible
