Trulli are traditional dwellings associated with this region of Puglia. Originally a single drystone room with a conical roof built by peasant farmers. As the family grew, so did the property. Dieci is Italian for ten, the number of cones comprising our property. Beautifully restored with modern facilities but retaining its original charm. A 10 x 5 metre pool, large patio and barbeque complete the holiday ambience.
Situated near Martina Franca you are about one hours drive from either Brindisi or Bari airport and only four hours from Naples. Beautiful Baroque towns such as Ostuni, Lecce, Locorontondo and Cisternino are all within easy reach. The Adriatic coastline between Bari and Brindisi is easily accessible and offers traditional watersports and golf. Alberobello, the Unesco Heritage site and Capital of "Trulli-land" is twenty minutes away as is the military famous Taranto on the Ionian sea.
This is the real Italy. The pace of life is slow, the people are warm and welcoming and the food and wine are mouthwatering. Find a cafe, buy a Cappaccino and watch the world go by..............slowly.

The local village boasts one quality restaurant along with two "local" cafe/pizzeria, serving good economical meals or take-away, the village also has a bar, pharmacy, grocery shops, butchers and post-office. Martina Franca, five minutes down the road has all the facilities you would expect from a bustling town which with its Moorish feel makes it a good base for exploring the surrounding areas.

Located in a quiet village, this is a peaceful setting. Dry stone walls almost a metre thick keep the trulli cool whilst outside the alfresco life awaits. The Trulli provides spacious living accomadation with simple, comfortable bedrooms. One with King-size double, One with a double bed and en-suite and the third bedroom equipped with four full-size bunk beds.

High Season Price : £1450 per Week

A Deposit of £200 is required to secure the booking, with the balance in full to be paid ten weeks prior to arrival either by cheque or bank transfer.
Cancellation charges are:-

More than 70 days before departure......No penalty.

70 to 42 days before 30% of total rental

41 to 21 days before 70% of total rental

20 to 0 days before 100% of total rental

A security deposit of £200 is also required, payable by seperate cheque which will not be presented and will be return subject to satisfactory inspection.
