Bellavista (1 studio room, 1 Bedroom, Sleeps 3/4)
This ground floor apartment opens on to the matrimonial suite, with open plan dining and living areas. The fully equipped kitchen adjoins this room. There is a separate bedroom with a single day bed that converts into a double bed, and an attractive shower room.
Also, guests can enjoy tranquility and privacy with their own outside living, dining and barbecue area, under a pagoda, with panoramic views.
All apartments have been fitted with the highest quality specifications from the utilities through to the finest quality Italian linens, where modern comforts blend with traditional Pugliese settings. Guests can expect latex beds for added comfort, Egyptian cotton bath towels, bath robes, slippers, toiletries, pool towels, hairdryer, ironing facilities, DVD entertainment system, TV, fully fitted kitchen including gas oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, sink, plus all kitchen amenities.
This apartment is ideal for couples or families with small children.

Dolci Ricordi (2 separate Bedrooms, Sleeps 4)
This first floor apartment opens on to the matrimonial suite, with open plan living areas. The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, adjoins both rooms.
There is a separate bedroom with twin beds, and a separate attractive bathroom with combined bath and shower.
Also, guests can enjoy tranquility and privacy with their own outside living, dining and barbecue area, under a pagoda with panoramic views.

This top floor apartment, is the most flexible as it can be rearranged for families or couples, it opens straight on to the living room and fully equipped kitchenette with open plan dining and living areas.
This main room has a deluxe large double antique bed and provides a delightful living space.
There is a separate bedroom with twin antique beds and a separate attractive bathroom with bath and shower is situated off the main living room.
This apartment is ideal for couples or families, because of its shared bathroom and kitchen.
This apartment has the largest terrace and outside living area with its own separate sunbathing patio with the most amazing uninterrupted views. All apartments have been fitted with the highest quality specifications from the utilities through to the finest quality Italian linens.

The apartments stay cool and fresh in the summer, and cozy and warm with gas central heating for the winter.
Separate laundry facilities are also available.

Puglia is well known for its long, sandy beaches, there are child-friendly, shallow beaches, but just a few kilometres further and you will find endless unspoilt, secluded beaches with tall dunes and a fine selection of water sports and modern facilities Puglia has a landscape that is dripping with history, from Roman times onwards, which is evident in its extraordinary array of architecture. There are an abundance of these delightful towns all within close proximity to Villa Silvana. They all have an authentic Italian feel with year-round street fiestas, weekly market days and charming old centres dating back hundreds of years Also, just a few kilometres away is the zoo-safari, Fasanolandia. This is the greatest animal park in Italy, where thousands of animals can be observed, kept free in a completely protected area

If you are a lover of long leisurely lunches and relaxing dinners, where the wine flows, the food just keeps coming and the bill is surprisingly cheap then you'll be glad to know that the restaurants, trattorias, osterias, pizzerias, bars and cafés in Puglia are not only incredibly reasonable, but well renowned for the freshness and taste of their fare. The food is the focal point of Italian life, so when you eat out in any establishment you will never feel like you've eaten merely to refuel but rather to experience a sensory delight. We can recommend some fantastic restaurants.
Whether you want the latest Gucci designs, antiques, or just a good rummage around a local market, there is something for everyone in Puglia. Because of Villa Silvana's prime location, strutting your stuff in Passegiata with the locals or being seen to be seen is easy, as the apartments are near many of these small towns that come alive at night.

Travel Info: Even in the dark and in the middle of the night, all of our guests have arrived complimenting our directions. By following our simple instructions, that are route perspective (characterized by landmarks) and the simplest route, you will find that even if you think you have poor navigation, you will be certain to arrive at Villa Silvana in good time DIRECTIONS Brindisi Airport to Villa Silvana After exiting the airport, follow signs for Bari (ss16, E55) after a few roundabouts, (that are well signed), you will find yourself on the main motorway (ss16) travelling north, follow signs to Bari for about 35 mins, you will see Fasano and the hills on your left and a large super store Emmezeta on your right, pass this and signs for Fasano town center. Take the exit signed Taranto, Martina Franca (SS172)( small signs will say Selva Di Fasano and Safari-zoo) this is a straight dual carriage way that will take you right up to the top of the hill, you will soon see signs for Locorotondo. After you enter Laureto, you will be at the top of the hill and there will be a large Pizzeria sign on the right and a small bar and alimentari on the left, take the next turning on the left, signed Lamie di Olimpia, the road name is Arsilio and there is a Pizzeria called l'Oste Pazzo here, so you know when to turn. This is a small windy country lane, follow it around to the left following signs for Lamie di Olimpia. After you pass a small garage on the left and turn a sharp narrow bend, the road Lamie Olimpie is immediately on your left, follow this private road to the end and as it turns Villa Silvana is on your left. You will see our large sign, please buzz on the intercom for ascess and follow the drive all the way to the bottom. Bari Airport to Villa Silvana After exiting the airport follow signs for Brindisi/Leece (ss16 e55) This is a motorway that will take you around the city which is very large, you will see a large stadium on your right, continue on this motorway that runs parallel with the coast signed to Brindisi. After passing the last sign for Monopoly you will see the hills on your right Take the exit signed Taranto, Martina Franca (SS172)( small signs will say Selva Di Fasano and Safari-zoo) this is a straight dual carriage way that will take you right up to the top of the hill, you will soon see signs for Locorotondo. Who we are, Why we chose an apartment in this location and Unique benefits of the property

My name is Michael Foley I am from southern Ireland and met my wife Susanna (of 14 years) in London, who is a film makeup artist; she has travelled around the world on movies for the last 15 years. We always used to meet up as much as possible on every one of her locations, but a lot of the time we were grabbing moments in between her films and my crazy schedules. However it wasn’t until she filmed with Roberto Benign in Italy that we started to fall in love with the country, the food, the culture and its people. We've been living in Puglia nearly 6 yrs now, ever since we read an article in the Sunday papers, one rainy cold miserable day in London and heard how untouched and idyllic it was and i can tell you it still doesn't disappoint.

In England I was working for a big building company in London, with a lot of responsibility, stress and stupid hours, and she was always travelling and exhausted when she returned to England. So the idea to change the pace of life was on the cards for some time particularly as we’d been discussing a family and wanted a more tranquil existence. When we started coming to Puglia we immediately realized how different it was, the weather is always amazing, blue skies nearly every day, its stunningly picturesque and its quite Greek really, with its white washed citadels, rather than the typical red roofs and Cyprus trees of the north, the house sits hovering on l'murge mountains over looking the sea, it took a long time to find but when you see it and the location, you understand why we waited

We have done all of the work on the house and land so we could control the quality and precision and love put into every single thing and have spared no expense with kitting out the apartments, and in fact all the guests comment that they are the best well stocked apartments that they’ve ever seen, also we now have a local cook who prepares delicious Puglian 4 course dinners for our guests, if they would like it and he and his team serve dinner in the guests private pagodas under the stars, looking out over the sea, this seems to go down a treat. My wife gave birth to a beautiful baby girl last year and we have finally found happiness and tranquillity in this little piece of heaven. If you want to experience real Italy then this is the place for you.
