This quaint country cottage is in the hills in a panoramic position between Ostuni and Cisternino. Once a farmer's cottage it is designed to be warm in winter and cool in summer. It has a characteristic vaulted ceiling and many other original features including a fireplace. The pool is fenced and gated so ideal for small children.
Sitting beside the pool you can enjoy the beautiful views during the day and stupendous sunsets on balmy summer evenings.
The owners have decorated and furnished their house in a way that enhances its rustic appeal and have created a very welcoming and comfortable home. Located in an acre of almond grove and fruit trees (pomegranates, plums, apples, figs, grapes, fichi d'India, apricots and more - to which guests are most welcome to help themselves!)
Local village with its shops and restaurants is only 2 km away

25% deposit on booking
Balance to UK bank account 6 weeks before arrival
Full deposit refunded if cancelled within 3 months of arrival
Full payment due if cancelled less than 6 weeks before arrival
Damage deposit of €200 payable on arrival to be returned at end of holiday
